Lauren Mayer PA-C

Lauren’s journey into healthcare began as a Certified Nursing Assistant, where she built a strong foundation in patient-centered care and discovered the value of meaningful relationships formed through everyday moments. Inspired by the way medicine combines science with human connection, she pursued a career as a physician assistant to help patients feel heard, supported, and empowered in their health journey.

During PA school, Lauren completed a rotation in rural family medicine, an experience that deepened her passion for providing accessible, compassionate care to underserved communities. These experiences continue to shape her commitment to delivering thoughtful, holistic care to every patient she meets.

Outside of her professional work, Lauren enjoys spending time outdoors with her energetic and lovable 5-year-old Sheepadoodle. She loves hiking new trails, taking long walks, and soaking in nature whenever possible. At home, she finds joy in baking and expressing her creativity through arts and crafts.
