Jill Barrett MPAS, PA-C

Jill Barrett, MPAS, PA-C, has been passionate about healthcare since a young age, inspired by her diabetic, double amputee grandfather. Her interest in wound care and prevention, combined with her empathy and love for medicine, led her to pursue a career as a Physician Assistant. Jill began her career in the Texas Medical Center in Houston, TX, specializing in neurosurgical and surgical oncology. She later gained valuable experience at UT Southwestern in Dallas, TX, focusing on Preoperative Testing/Anesthesia to optimize patients before surgery and improve outcomes. Now at United Wound Healing, Jill feels she has come full circle in her career and considers it a privilege to support patients in their journey of care, healing, and wound prevention.
Outside of work, Jill enjoys spending time with her family and friends in Texas. As a recent transplant to the Pacific Northwest, she loves exploring the outdoors through paddleboarding, hiking, and biking with her husband, while marveling at the region’s natural beauty. A self-proclaimed “foodie,” Jill enjoys cooking and trying various cuisines. She is also an avid animal lover, with a special fondness for cats.
