Jill Barrett MPAS, PA-C

Jill Barrett, MPAS, PA-C, has been passionate about healthcare since a young age, inspired by her diabetic, double amputee grandfather. ​ Her interest in wound care and prevention, combined with her empathy and love for medicine, led her to pursue a career as a Physician Assistant. ​ Jill began her career in the Texas Medical Center in Houston, TX, specializing in neurosurgical and surgical oncology. ​ She later gained valuable experience at UT Southwestern in Dallas, TX, focusing on Preoperative Testing/Anesthesia to optimize patients before surgery and improve outcomes. ​ Now at United Wound Healing, Jill feels she has come full circle in her career and considers it a privilege to support patients in their journey of care, healing, and wound prevention. ​

Outside of work, Jill enjoys spending time with her family and friends in Texas. ​ As a recent transplant to the Pacific Northwest, she loves exploring the outdoors through paddleboarding, hiking, and biking with her husband, while marveling at the region’s natural beauty. ​ A self-proclaimed “foodie,” Jill enjoys cooking and trying various cuisines. ​ She is also an avid animal lover, with a special fondness for cats. ​
