Karin Williams FNP-BC
Karin Williams, FNP-BC, discovered her passion for healthcare while earning her bachelor’s degree in psychology and working with individuals with mental and physical disabilities. This experience motivated her to pursue an accelerated RN program and later a Family Nurse Practitioner degree at Emory University, where she built a strong foundation in compassionate, patient-centered care.
In clinical practice, Karin combined her background in psychology with postpartum nursing, taking a holistic approach to supporting patients during some of the most vulnerable stages of their lives. Her growing interest in skin conditions, cesarean-section healing, and gynecologic surgical incisions naturally led her toward wound care. At United Wound Healing, she focuses on improving wound outcomes and quality of life for her patients, a role she finds deeply meaningful.
Outside of work, Karin enjoys exploring new experiences through shopping—whether at local markets, malls, or online. She also loves cooking and trying new foods, often experimenting with different cuisines and flavors in her own kitchen.
