Anna Darpino

As General Counsel and Executive Vice President at United Wound Healing, Anna Darpino brings nearly two decades of legal experience to her leadership role, including over 11 years in civil litigation defense. In 2018, motivated by a desire to serve a mission-driven organization, she transitioned in-house to support a company dedicated to delivering critical care to vulnerable patient populations.

Anna’s entry into healthcare law was sparked when a former client—a wound care company—sought its first General Counsel. Recognizing the opportunity to make a meaningful impact, she stepped into the role, combining her legal acumen with her passion for improving lives. Since then, she has provided strategic and legal guidance in complex, multi-state healthcare operations, with a focus on compliance, risk management, responsible growth, and the delivery of high-quality care in post-acute settings.

Anna holds a Juris Doctor from Delaware Law School at Widener University and a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature from Marist College.

Outside of work, Anna enjoys staying active and spending time outdoors with her two boys and their Labrador retriever. Her favorite pastimes include hiking, kayaking, yoga, skiing, reading, and attending live concerts.
